ABSTRACT
This
project is considered with the significance of management on the effect of
inventory control in a manufacturing company. Inventory control in
manufacturing company is not properly maintain and control as a result of lack
of professionals, expert in inventory control system and good inventory policy.

research work looks into the problem of effect of inventory in a manufacturing
company. In this research, primary and secondary data were utilized while chi
–square was used to analysed, the data collected. However, it was found out
that management has not be able to achieve the effective and efficiency of
inventory control policy.

conclusion is the use of first in first out method employed by the management
for more effective and efficient production. Therefore it is my hope that this
research will help the Cadbury Nigeria Plc and on how to have effective
